Cohort Facilitators

Charles Shannon—Serves as the Director of The Theology Mission and the Lead Pastor of The Mission Church. He grew up in Pensacola, FL in an impoverished and crime ridden setting, causing much trouble until he was confronted with the gospel. He completed a B.A. Biblical Theological Studies-Regent University, Master of Biblical Studies -Virginia Beach Theological Seminary, and is currently completing a Master of Divinity. He has participated in Residencies & cohorts with Fellowship Associates, North American Mission Board, and Sojourn Network. These vast experiences have served as preparation to serve as a guide for The Theology Mission’s first Ministry leadership Cohort beginning Spring 2019.

Jack Klem—Dr. John F. Klem brings vast teaching, pastoral, and educational leadership to The Theology Mission. After receiving his B.S. from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA, Dr. Klem went on to earn his M.Div. and Th.M. from Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks-Summit, PA, and a Th. D. from Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Plymouth, MN.
